She struggled not to press into the rise of his hips and the thrusts he gave her, a soft sound forcibly tumbling out of her. It brought a smile to her face in either case, a quiet chuckle accompanying it. It wasn't directed at him, really, but more at her own position and how tangled up she'd gotten in this situation.

Her eyes met his and her smile broadened briefly, her lips hovering just inches from his. She laughed softly, kissing beside his mouth. "I wasn't expecting us to get this far tonight." Or anytime soon, actually, after what he had said at the Gallows. She didn't regret it - would not regret it - and it was well worth the secret they would need to keep.

He managed to pull another gasp out of her as he thrust again, her body immediately responding. The slowness of his movements only served to pull her resolve until it was threadbare and thinning by the moment. Her hand dropped to his side, running knuckles over his skin as he shuddered, and marveled silently at his control and the way he looked as he slowly came undone beneath her.
