"Not that I wanted you as distractions in the first place but I couldn't have asked for better people to back me up. I think we would have been in more trouble if we were fighting and reinforcements arrived for them. You did fine."

She shifted her seated position so she could watch the water and still keep him in her sights. "Perfect. Now we'll just need to hope that nothing goes wrong while we're both gone for a short while."
